Cleveland has been in marketing and advertising for 8 years with a wealth of experience from a number of industries. Cleveland started his career with ITC Deltacom a telecommunications from in 12 states across the Southeast where he was responsible for client services and marketing and advertising in Louisiana. After ITC Deltacom Cleveland joined UCI/Blackbox, one of largest technology and telecommunications companies in the world where he served as the Senior Accounts Executive for the State of Louisiana. While at UCI/Blackbox Cleveland substantially grew revenues and business in the state and received President’s Club honors 3 consecutive years. After leaving UCI/Blackbox Cleveland joined a locally owned and operated advertising agency where he served as the VP of Business Development where he was over saw every aspect of the company including daily operations, human resources, client services and etc. After leaving that firm Cleveland founded Spears Consulting Group in July of 2008.

Eli Pritykin

After studying Computer Science at Yeshiva University in NYC, Eli spent 5 years working for the American Stock Exchange as a System Administrator and Analyst.  In 2003 Eli went on to start his freelance Graphic Design  and Web Development Services, helping dozens of corporate and small business clients with multi-level marketing solutions. His broad, yet specialized skill set includes proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign on the graphic arts front, complemented by extensive knowledge and experience in current web development technologies and trends. Previous projects have included complex web solutions for small corporations, full scale marketing for local New Orleans artists and businesses.

Eli joined Spears Consulting Group as the full-time Creative Manager in May of 2010.

Jessica Goins

Jessica Goins is an Account Executive at Spears Consulting Group. She is a New Orleans native and proud Alumnus of Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama where she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. After years of being away from the city, food, and people she loved most Jessica returned to New Orleans. Jessica looks forward to putting her positive attitude and outlook and on life along with her formal education to great use, not only for the company but more importantly for our clients and for the city of New Orleans.

Malana M. Joseph

Malana Joseph, a native of Edgard, Louisiana, is the Director of Public Relations for Spears Consulting Group. As the newest edition to team, Malana brings nearly 10 years of public relations, media, and journalism experience to the company. Most recently, Joseph served as the communications specialist for Georges Enterprises, LLC, the second largest private employer in the state of Louisiana. Beginning her career in 2005 as a Mayoral Fellow during the administration of former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin, she was instrumental in helping the administration to get the city up and running following Hurricane Katrina. Joseph spent several months in the city’s Emergency Operations Center coordinating national and international press following the storm. During her five-year tenure at City Hall, Malana served as publicist, community affairs coordinator, and director of boards and commissions. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Dillard University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Speech Communications. Malana is a member of the New Orleans Convention and Visitors Bureau’s PR Council, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the all-female Krewe of Muses.
